I’m addicted to my daily walks. 🌳🚶🏻‍♀️

Walking is my daily therapy. And even though there’s the added benefit of hitting 10k+ steps, being in nature becomes a way to honour my body and move with intention.

Focusing on the breath creates space for thoughts to flow and release, while activating the parasympathetic nervous system and bringing you back into feminine energy. 🌿💫

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, a long walk is the perfect way to step out of the noise, hit pause, and let the mind-body reset.✨

I’ve been away from this space for a while. Not out of disconnection, but devotion.🤍

☀️🕊️ This summer has been a season of challenge and change. Death, family, and new beginnings all wove themselves into my life, and moving through it has required time, tenderness, and healing.

Stepping back gave me the space I needed. The pause asked for slowness. It asked for solitude. It asked for my presence.

Taking a step back gave me space to breathe, to process, and to listen more closely to what I needed. Sometimes that’s what growth really looks like.

Now I’m finding my way back here, with a softer, steadier perspective, carrying what the pause has taught me, returning with a deeper sense of what it means to live inside those questions, what it means to be present with grief, with healing, and with the unexpected ways life reshapes us.

𝐒𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐟𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬. Whether it’s uplifting books, people, or content, the messages you take in shape your perspective.

At first glance, I’m sure this video just appears like I’m sweeping up leaves in my yard, but there’s a deeper story behind it. For months, I stared out my office window, frustrated by the overgrown branches of two large trees. I kept telling myself that trimming them wasn’t a priority and that hiring an arborist would be too expensive. These were stories I heard and created in my mind, based on past beliefs and assumptions. I assumed wrong. 😑

When I decided to shift my mindset from complaining and assuming, I chose to take action. I started looking for an arborist, trusting that the right one would come along. I believed without a doubt that I would find the perfect fit. Many didn’t message me back, but one of the few who did was exactly what I needed. He was aligned with my expectations and even went above and beyond. And the best part? It cost hundreds less than I had imagined. So I saved big time! 💴
