CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for choosing your coaching service with Vanessa Marie Life Coach. We appreciate the fact that you have selected us as your coaching partner. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience. By making any purchase with us, you agree to the terms set forth below along with our Privacy Policy.

Choosing a life coach should not be a hasty decision – it’s important to find a good fit. Making sure we’re a good match is important and will greatly benefit both client and coach, which is why we offer a free 45-minute clarity call. We want to vibe after all.

Our service is here to coach you to your highest level of success, and part of that is requiring a commitment from you that you are fully invested in our coaching partnership. This journey will require a serious commitment on behalf of yourself and mutual respect between client and coach – our policies outlined below are meant to foster both these.

5-MONTH COACHING PACKAGE & DIGITAL PRODUCTS

If paid in full, after the life coaching program has begun, any unused sessions will not be refunded.

If instalment payments are arranged, any payments made up to the point of cancellation will be nonrefundable. However, for subsequent instalment payments, they will not be charged if the client cancels their life coaching sessions in writing.

Refunds requested in writing prior to the beginning of the coaching program will be given in full, less a $50 administrative fee.

Should you need to reschedule a coaching session, you may do so by providing 24-hours notice in advance of your session. We will attempt in good faith to reschedule the missed session if schedules permit within the preceding 10-days. We reserves the right to bill Client for a missed session if a new date cannot be agreed upon. Missed sessions cannot be moved to the back end of the 5-month package.

Sessions that are not canceled 24-hours in advance will not be eligible for make-ups. It is important that you prioritize this work to receive the full benefit of your coaching package.

Emergencies and special circumstances will be handled on a case by case basis.

If the Client finds the life coaching experience not a fit in any way, an email to info@vanessamarielifecoach.com within seven days' notice, will terminate the package. Any payments already made to Vanessa Marie Life Coach are non-refundable.

In exceptional circumstances Vanessa Marie Life Coach may need to rearrange a coaching session; in these rare circumstances Vanessa Marie Life Coach will use reasonable endeavours to provide a mutually satisfactory alternative appointment for the client.

Payment in full is required prior to commencing work for all coaching services unless a payment plan has been arranged as per a written agreement.

Should you undertake a package on a payment plan, you agree and commit to making all payments specified within the plan.

Due to the instant download nature of digital products, refunds are not available on digital offerings. We recommend contacting us if you have any questions before your purchase or for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.

Results in a coaching or consulting relationship depends on your openness to being coached and your willingness to do the work. The Client is solely responsible for creating and implementing her own physical, mental and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions and results arising out of or resulting from the coaching relationship and her coaching calls and interactions with Vanessa Marie Life Coach.

This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to the design, layout, look, appearance, trademarks and graphics. You are not permitted to reproduce the documents, information or materials on the website for the purposes of sale or the use by any third party. In particular, you are not permitted to republish, upload, transmit electronically or otherwise or distribute any of the materials, documents or products that may be available for download from time to time on this website or any materials produced by Vanessa Marie Life Coach.

You agree that the content you access, view or download and the software used to create it, remains the property of Vanessa Marie Life Coach including but not limited to Copyright and Trademark laws. You agree not to modify or alter the content in any way, or make it available to any third parties.
