Thank you for choosing coaching services with Vanessa Marie Life Coach. We appreciate that you have selected us as your coaching partner and want to ensure you have a rewarding experience. By making any purchase with us, you agree to the terms set forth below along with our Privacy Policy.

 

Choosing a life coach should not be a hasty decision – it’s important to find a good fit. Making sure we’re a good match benefits both client and coach, which is why we offer a free 30-minute discovery call. We want to vibe after all.

Our service is here to coach you to your highest level of success, which requires a commitment from you to be fully invested in our coaching partnership. This journey requires serious commitment and mutual respect between client and coach. The policies outlined below are meant to support both.

Coaching, Packages & Digital Products

​

 

• If paid in full, after the coaching program has begun, any unused sessions will not be refunded.

• If installment payments are arranged, any payments made up to the point of cancellation will be non-refundable. Subsequent installment payments will not be charged if the client cancels their life coaching sessions in writing.

• Refunds requested in writing prior to the beginning of the coaching program will be given in full, less a $50 administrative fee.

• To reschedule a coaching session, provide 24-hours’ notice. We will attempt in good faith to reschedule the missed session within the preceding 10 days. We reserve the right to bill the client for a missed session if a new date cannot be agreed upon. Missed sessions cannot be moved to the back end of a 5-month package.

• Sessions not canceled 24-hours in advance will not be eligible for make-ups. Prioritizing your sessions is important to receive the full benefit of your coaching package.

• Emergencies and special circumstances will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

• If the client finds the coaching experience not a fit, an email to info@vanessamarielifecoach.com within seven days will terminate the package. Any payments already made are non-refundable.

• In exceptional circumstances, Vanessa Marie Life Coach may need to rearrange a session and will use reasonable efforts to provide a mutually satisfactory alternative.

• Payment in full is required prior to commencing work for all coaching services unless a payment plan has been arranged in writing.

• Clients on a payment plan agree to make all payments specified within the plan.

• Due to the instant download nature of digital products, refunds are not available. Contact us with questions before purchase or for assistance if you experience issues downloading products.

• Content is meant for information and education purposes only and is based on our research and experience. We make no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding the coaching services rendered. Please check with your doctor, healthcare professional, or relevant expert regarding the best treatment for your specific needs.

• Results depend on your openness to coaching and willingness to do the work. Clients are solely responsible for their own physical, mental, and emotional well-being, decisions, actions, and results arising from coaching interactions with Vanessa Marie Life Coach.
