Where Do Life Coaching Sessions Take Place?
Online coaching sessions take place wherever you are, whether it’s from the comfort of your home, a quiet office, or even a cozy café. Each session is 60 minutes in length and provides a safe, supportive space for you to share openly, be truly heard, and focus on the goals and changes that matter most to you.
Walk and talk sessions take place in the greater Hamilton area, whether it’s Gage Park, the Escarpment Trail, or any of a number of recreational and neighbourhood paths. I typically use safe and accessible outdoor spaces to walk, reflect, and focus on your goals. Weather can be an issue, but as long as you don’t mind bundling up, we can generally keep moving.
How Long Does Life Coaching Last?
Life coaching with me is designed to fit your needs. My Empower package runs for three months, and the Thrive package is six months, but many clients choose to extend their sessions to continue building on their progress.
