My own turning point came at the end of my marriage. I had to rebuild — not just the practical parts of my life, but my relationship with myself. I quickly learned healing isn't about fixing what's broken. It's about finally listening to the version of myself I'd quietly overridden for years.
This isn't work I finished once and moved past. Life keeps asking you to choose yourself again, in new ways, more than once. That's exactly what this Collective is built around: not fixing, not becoming someone else — just coming home to yourself, alongside other women doing the same.
Today, I'm an ICF-educated life coach who has spent years helping women move out of overthinking and into aligned action. My role isn't to tell you what to do. It's to create the space, structure, and support that help you hear yourself more clearly.
