I absolutely love walking and have made it part of my daily routine, regardless of my coaching practice. It’s a time for me to clear my mind, process emotions, and reconnect with myself. Moving through the world on foot has always been one of the simplest and most grounding ways I stay present and centred.

Connecting with others who share similar experiences can be a powerful catalyst for personal growth. I am a certified life coach, a mother, and someone who has learned what it means to navigate life’s unexpected turns. I have faced moments that tested my capacity for patience and resilience and kept moving forward even when the path wasn’t clear. Each challenge has shaped who I am today and how I see the world.
What are the benefits of walk & talk coaching?
Walking is widely recognized as a tool for healing, with data showing it can lower rates of depression and anxiety. It naturally brings mindfulness into the moment and helps complete the body’s stress response cycle, whether fight, flight, or freeze. When combined with coaching, this mindful movement creates space to explore emotions, reflect on thoughts, and focus on life goals in a clear and grounded way. Walk & talk coaching provides the best of both worlds.
Where do sessions take place?
Walk and talk sessions take place in the greater Hamilton area, whether it’s Gage Park, the Escarpment Trail, or any of a number of recreational and neighbourhood paths. I typically use safe and accessible outdoor spaces to walk, reflect, and focus on your goals. Weather can be an issue, but as long as you don’t mind bundling up, we can generally keep moving.
